Unfortunately, JussJustine does not offer refunds. However, if an item irrives damaged please take a picture along with the order details and I'll be sure to personally ship out a new product immediately.  

Return details: If an item arrives damaged or is not what you expected and you decide there is nothing else you like in stock at that moment; you have 15 days after the delievery date to return and store credit will be offered. *Store credit never expires. 

I personally ensure that all packages are correct and secure before shipping.
